The olive oil mill was inherited, during the years 70, by the daughter of IlĂ­dio Marques, Maria Francelina Marques. Her husband, Manuel Armando da Fonseca, took over the business, fully committed on taking the best advantage on the quality of the olive groves' fruits of the region.
Already ahead distinguished by the quality and distinction, during the years 70, the seeking for our nectar grew exponentially, due to its particularities of flavors, scents and unique textures, that only our olive oils could provide.
