Between the years 30 and 60, IlĂdio Marques, fruit of hard work, with millstones moved by cows, pressings done with mats, was finally produced the liquid “gold”. This gave the impulsion needed to the extraction of the noble olive oil, arising from Azinheira: “Ouro do Ribatejo” and “Flor da Aldeia - Azeite Gourmet”.
